exTra is based on the Adobe Learning Manager and offers a curated training catalogue with training formats of all kinds, an ad hoc sourcing service for special learning requirements, a direct booking option for open training courses, in-house measures or WBTs, single sign-on integration and, on the backend side, a team of experts consisting of training coordinators, portfolio managers, training buyers, marketing specialists and technical support for the full operation of the learning portal from a single source.
